With Appreciation

Originally conceived by Dr. Eric Fleegler, 211HELPSteps℠ was developed as an innovative web- and mobile-based platform to help individuals connect with local health and human service resources. Dr. Fleegler continues to serve as champion of the platform.

We also gratefully acknowledge Mass211's first Executive Director, Paul Mina, whose vision and collaboration with Dr. Fleegler were instrumental in the creation and early development of 211HELPSteps℠.
